Claremont School of Theology is proud to house one of the most extensive and significant theological libraries in the United States.  The CST Library supports the school’s efforts to Create a Difference for the World We Live In by providing access to intellectual resources that stimulate the imaginations of our students, faculty and affiliated scholars to push the boundaries of thought, scholarship and ministry.

Overview of CST Library Sites

The CST Library has three main sites through which we provide informational resources and assistance.

1. LibGuides is CST Library’s home site and scholarly communication platform, with faculty profiles and class guides, subject and assignment guides, as well as profiles of CST Library Scholars.

2. Ask a Librarian is CST Library’s online Reference service, providing answers to FAQ, tutorials, and descriptions of library policies and programs.

3. WorldCat Discovery is CST Library’s catalog and discovery service. It gives access to user accounts and enables discovery of about 80% of our holdings (print and digital) via a single search box. More involved research should make use of the interfaces and databases in our A-Z list of subscribed databases. If you need instructions about how to log in to the new catalog, please see the login instructions here.  For search and discovery assistance, please review this brief video tutorial.
