You should then be able to have a better visual account for when is the best time and place to request an event.
To make a reservation request:
Once logged in, – Hover your mouse over “Reservations” and click “CST Staff & Faculty” or “CST Student Request”
Fill in the Information in the left-hand column and click “Find Space” (Note: If you want to book multiple days, just click “Recurrence” and then click “Random” Once you’ve done that, you can simply select the dates you would like).
The right -hand side will fill up with available spaces. Click on the Green plus sign next to the room (s) you would like. Once your room is selected, click “submit”
Fill out the information about you and the event. Be sure to include any extra information about set-up in the “Event notes” box and any extra info for A/V staff in the “A/V Set up Notes” box
Once finished, click “submit”
You can always check on, change, or add reservations (e.g. add multiple bookings for the same event) to any request you make. You can do that under “Reservations” -> “View My Requests”
