Business Office Clearance
Your student account must be paid in full no later than Friday, May 13, 2016. This includes payment of all graduation, housing, and tuition fees, book cards and library fines.
Financial Aid Clearance
Graduates who borrowed student loans while attending CST are required by law to have a Financial Aid exit interview.

Graduates are required to complete an Association of Theological Schools (ATS) Graduating Student Survey before commencement. Completion of this survey will give us vital information on the CST student experience.
If you choose to take the survey anonymously, you must print the confirmation page of the ATS survey and submit it to the Office of the Registrar.
All commencement ceremony participants are required to obtain their academic regalia through the Huntley Bookstore. The rental deadline is March 24th .
The rental fee is $54.50 for Master’s and $62.13 for Doctoral. The Herff/Jones measurement form must be completed and returned to the Huntley Bookstore by the deadline.
Students wishing to purchase regalia should contact the Huntley Bookstore staff (909-607-1503) by March 24th. If you purchase your hood or full regalia, you must bring the hood to the Office of the Registrar no later than May 18th.
Degrees will be posted on transcripts the week following graduation.
Graduates can submit Transcript Request forms prior to graduation and have them processed after the degree has been posted.
All graduates are required to pay the graduation fee even if they are not participating in the commencement ceremony.
The fee is $90 for Master’s level students and $290 for Doctoral level students , ($90 plus $200 for the processing and binding of the DMin project or PhD dissertation) . Graduation fees may be paid directly to the Business Office.
Schedule Of Events
Monday, May 23rd Events
10:30am – Commencement Rehearsal will be held on the Chapel lawn. All graduates who intend to participate in commencement are expected to attend rehearsal.
11:30am – Luncheon with Faculty. All graduates are invited to join the faculty and the President on the Haddon/Klein Patio for a luncheon immediately following the commencement rehearsal.
2:00pm – Community Celebration. (More Information to Come)
Tuesday, May 24th Commencement Day
Commencement 2016 will take place at 9:00am on the Chapel lawn.
7:30am – Robing of graduates, Mudd Theater lobby
8:00am – Class picture, Mudd Theater south stairs
8:30am – Procession line-up, south side of Library
9:00am – Procession begins
10:30am – Commencement Reception, Library Lawn. A reception for all graduates and their families will be held immediately following Commencement.
All rental regalia must be returned to Huntley Bookstore no later than May 27, 2016 . Graduates who do not return their regalia will be charged the replacement cost of the regalia by the Huntley Bookstore.
