Bundesvorschriften verpflichten das College, eine R\u00fcckzahlung der staatlichen Title-IV-Studienbeihilfe (R2T4) f\u00fcr Studierende zu berechnen, die sich (offiziell oder inoffiziell) aus allen Kursen bis einschlie\u00dflich des Zeitpunkts zur\u00fcckziehen, an dem 60 Prozent der Vorlesungszeit des Semesters abgelaufen sind. Die vorgeschriebene Berechnung ermittelt die vom Studierenden erworbenen und noch nicht erworbenen Title-IV-F\u00f6rdermittel auf der Grundlage des Prozentsatzes des vom Studierenden absolvierten Einschreibungszeitraums. Der Prozentsatz des Zeitraums, in dem der Studierende eingeschrieben war, ergibt sich aus der Division der Anzahl der Tage, an denen der Studierende anwesend war, durch die Gesamtzahl der Tage des Zeitraums. Es werden Kalendertage (einschlie\u00dflich Wochenenden) herangezogen, jedoch werden geplante Pausen von mindestens 5 Tagen aus der Berechnung ausgeschlossen. Solange ein Studierender den 60%-Zeitpunkt eines Immatrikulationszeitraums noch nicht \u00fcberschritten hat, hat er nur einen Teil seiner F\u00f6rdermittel erworben. Ein Studierender, der \u00fcber den 60%-Zeitpunkt hinaus eingeschrieben bleibt, gilt als berechtigt, die gesamte f\u00fcr den Einschreibungszeitraum bewilligte F\u00f6rderung zu erhalten. Der noch nicht erworbene Anteil der staatlichen Studienbeihilfen wird an die entsprechenden F\u00f6rderprogramme zur\u00fcckgezahlt. Die R\u00fcckzahlung erfolgt in folgender Reihenfolge:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Bundes-Graduate PLUS-Darlehen<em><strong>f\u00fcr Kreditnehmer vor dem 7\/1\/26<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Bundesdarlehen \"Direct Unsubsidized\"<\/p><p>Studierende, die sich von Kursen abmelden, sind f\u00fcr die Begleichung etwaiger Restbetr\u00e4ge verantwortlich, nachdem die erforderlichen Bundesf\u00f6rdermittel zur\u00fcckgezahlt wurden. Die Studierenden werden schriftlich \u00fcber den Grund f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckzahlung der F\u00f6rdermittel informiert. Die erworbene F\u00f6rderung steht in keinerlei Zusammenhang mit den Geb\u00fchren der Hochschule. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind die R\u00fcckerstattungsrichtlinien des Colleges und die Verfahren zur R\u00fcckzahlung von Bundesf\u00f6rdermitteln gem\u00e4\u00df Titel IV voneinander unabh\u00e4ngig. Ein Studierender, der sich von einem Kurs abmeldet, muss m\u00f6glicherweise noch nicht in Anspruch genommene F\u00f6rdermittel zur\u00fcckzahlen und schuldet dem College dennoch Geb\u00fchren f\u00fcr diesen Kurs.\u00a0 Studierende, die den Besuch aller Lehrveranstaltungen einstellen, ohne sich offiziell abzumelden, m\u00fcssen am Ende des Semesters Bundesf\u00f6rdermittel zur\u00fcckzahlen, basierend auf dem letzten dokumentierten Datum einer studienbezogenen Aktivit\u00e4t (oder dem Mittelpunkt des Semesters), wie von der Hochschule festgelegt. Die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckzahlung nicht erworbener Title-IV-F\u00f6rdermittel teilen sich die Hochschule und der Studierende. Beispielsweise kann die Berechnung dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Einrichtung einen Teil der Bundesmittel an die \u201eFederal Title IV\u201c-Programme zur\u00fcckzahlen muss. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann auch der Studierende verpflichtet sein, Mittel auf der Grundlage der Berechnung zur\u00fcckzuzahlen. Ein Studierender zahlt Mittel an das \u201eFederal Direct Loan\u201c-Programm gem\u00e4\u00df den Bedingungen des Schuldscheins des Darlehens zur\u00fcck.<\/p><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4 id=\"toggle_5c71ff17b55c6687c\" class=\"panel-title toggle\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">R\u00fcckerstattungsschecks<\/span><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"5c71ff17b55c6687c\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse in\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\"><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Studiengeb\u00fchren werden, innerhalb von zwei Tagen nach <a href=\"\/de\/students\/academic-calendar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HINZUF\u00dcGEN\/L\u00d6SCHEN<\/a>\u00a0Tag<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 R\u00fcckerstattungsschecks sollten etwa 3\u20134 Wochen nach Beginn des jeweiligen Semesters verf\u00fcgbar sein<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 Alle R\u00fcckerstattungen an Studierende werden \u00fcber den Zahlungsdienstleister von CST abgewickelt <a href=\"http:\/\/bill.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bill.com<\/a>. Bill.com versendet zum Zeitpunkt der Auszahlung eine E-Mail, in der die Studierenden aufgefordert werden, sich f\u00fcr den elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr anzumelden. Studierende, die sich nicht f\u00fcr den elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr anmelden, erhalten einige Tage sp\u00e4ter einen Papierscheck per Post. Eine pers\u00f6nliche Abholung der Schecks ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Alle akademischen Semester werden zur Ermittlung des zufriedenstellenden akademischen Fortschritts (SAP) herangezogen. Studierende m\u00fcssen die folgenden drei (3) vorgeschriebenen Kriterien erf\u00fcllen, um auch in zuk\u00fcnftigen Semestern weiterhin finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung zu erhalten:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>1. Qualitativ<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Notendurchschnitt<\/strong>: Der qualitative Standard wird durch den erreichten Notendurchschnitt (GPA) des Studenten bestimmt. Am Ende jedes akademischen Semesters m\u00fcssen die Studenten den folgenden kumulativen Notendurchschnitt aufrechterhalten:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">\u2022 M.A. oder M.Div. = 2,8 GPA<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">\u2022 D.Min. und Ph.D. = 3,0 GPA<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>2. Quantitativer Prozentstandard (QPS-Verh\u00e4ltnis)<\/strong>: Die Richtlinie zum zufriedenstellenden akademischen Fortschritt umfasst auch eine quantitative Messgr\u00f6\u00dfe zur Ermittlung der Anzahl der belegten Kreditstunden und des Prozentsatzes der absolvierten (bestanden) Kreditstunden. Der Mindestprozentsatz der Leistungen, den ein Studierender bis zum Ende jedes Semesters erfolgreich absolvieren muss, betr\u00e4gt 67% aller belegten Kreditstunden. Studierende, deren berechneter QPS-Wert unter 67% liegt, erf\u00fcllen die Anforderungen an den zufriedenstellenden akademischen Fortschritt nicht.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>3. Maximaler Zeitrahmen (150%-Regel): <\/strong>Studierende m\u00fcssen ihren Abschluss innerhalb von 150% der f\u00fcr einen Studiengang erforderlichen Leistungspunkte erwerben.
