Career Services, in the Office of Student and Community Life, provides resources and support to students on their vocational journeys. Resources include information and skill-building to assist current students in finding meaningful positions appropriate to their training and professional goals after graduation. The Office offers workshops and guidance for the job search to those seeking employment.

CST partners with Career Journeys, Inc. to create a presentations that cover a wide range of pertinent career planning topics, with some that focus particularly on ways that students could use their theological education in a variety of employment contexts outside the more traditional route of religious leadership or academia. Ordination support is provided by multiple staff and faculty on campus, as well as area clergy, to be with students seeking licensing or ordination in many denominations.
