Job Description

Our sea service men and women daily place their lives on the line in response to this ongoing conflict. Imagine the challenges they face and the sacrifices made. These brave men and women are your congregation. Stationed all over the world, they have answered the call to advance the cause of freedom. Chaplains serve alongside them at home, in combat zones and while performing humanitarian relief missions. They also provide much needed ministry to family members. Every Marine, Sailor, and Coast Guardsman has the need to discover the deeper things of God and their purpose for life and work. They need someone who will help them focus on a lasting spiritual relationship with God. From the thundering launch of strike aircraft off the deck of an aircraft carrier, to the terrifying aftermath of a vicious firefight, in the midst of care given to the victims of a devastating natural disaster, young service members look to their chaplains for provision of authentic faith and hope.
