A CST alumna and current student, Monalisa Siofele-Lolohea, ’14, M.Div., is a preacher’s kid who grew up coming to CST when her father attended here. She is currently serving part-time in a cross-cultural appointment at Trinity United Methodist Church in Pomona.

When asked how she would describe the “brand voice of CST” she said, “CST is a diverse body that works and teaches ways to navigate not just culture as identity. We have a Christian foundation – rooted in compassion and have become a place of love where everyone is welcome at the table. It’s a blessing to be able live, learn, and serve together.”

Monalisa loves to worship God through music, dance, and cultural gifts and enjoys spending time with her husband, Langi, the pastor at San Dimas United Methodist Church. (Langi is also a current M.Div./M.A. student at CST.) Together they love traveling and spreading a Gospel message of love and hope wherever they go. Monalisa will be traveling a lot in the coming weeks, so watch for posts on our social media about United Methodist events in the Pacific Islands.
