To submit a work order request, you must go through the CST Help Desk. Once there, click on “New support ticket.” This will bring you to a page where you can fill out all of the required information. Make sure to select “Work Order” from the drop-down menu under “Group assigned to,” and please include your apartment number in the subject line.
After you have filled the entire form, click “Submit” at the bottom. The Maintenance staff will respond as soon as possible. To file a work order request now, click here.
