關卡金·傑佛瑞

關博士於2013年7月1日正式就任CST第七任校長。在加入CST之前，他曾擔任德魯大學神學院院長暨希伯來聖經教授。 他的研究與教學興趣涵蓋古代以色列及近東歷史、亞洲與亞裔美國人的詮釋學、《約伯記》，以及針對教會的聖經教學方法。身為神學教育工作者，他堅定支持宗教多元主義，並熱忱致力於全球與地方層面的正義議題。.

身為聖經學者，關博士長期以來一直是教會與社會中LGBTQIA+平等的顯著倡導者，數十年來持續透過教學，反對將聖經經文濫用於針對女同性戀與男同性戀基督徒。他曾分別在「沙加緬度68人案」的調查，以及西雅圖一名女同性戀神職人員的教會審判中，擔任專家證人。 身為亞太島民背景的牧師，他曾參與遊行，並在集會及記者會上公開發聲，支持 LGBTQIA+ 平等與婚姻權利。最近，關博士持續在聯合衛理公會總會的持續對話與決策過程中，運用其發聲影響力與學術造詣，推動 LGBTQIA+ 群體的全面接納與肯定。.

關校長現任「拉丁裔神學倡議聯盟」成員理事會主席，同時也是「神學院協會」委員委員會委員，以及「東南亞神學教育基金會」理事會理事。.

關博士曾任教於太平洋神學院、加州柏克萊的研究生神學聯盟，以及東南亞研究生院的區域教職員團隊。 此外，他於2006年至2009年間擔任多卷本《新解經者聖經辭典》（New Interpreter’s Dictionary of the Bible）的舊約編輯，並於2007年至2012年間擔任聖經文學學會（Society of Biblical Literature）理事會成員。.

2004年，加州-內華達年議會的「和解事工部」因他為LGBTQ社群「挺身而出」，而授予他「烏龜獎」。.
