The MA in Ministry, Leadership, and Service is a 37-credit vocational degree that prepares students for leadership in a variety of ministry contexts. This degree is designed for those seeking ordination as a Deacon in The United Methodist Church, persons seeking ordination in a Christian denomination that does not require the Master of Divinity degree, or for laity or non professionals in any religious tradition who seek to serve their communities in a variety of ways.
