Sometimes, seeing is believing – or at least it makes it easier for us to help you out. If we ask for an image showing the error we’re trying to solve, here’s what you need to get that done:
- Microsoft Support | use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots
- Apple Support | take a screenshot on your Mac
- WikiHow | take a screenshot in Linux
Don’t forget to save your screen image and attach it to your email.
Not every problem is easy to solve. If you still need help, email us at helpdesk@cst.edu. Give us an explanation of the support issue and consider attaching screen images if your problem is difficult to explain. (See how above.) A member of our support team will reach out to you soon to help!
