Called to Create a Difference?

Claremont School of Theology (CST) prepares students to Create a Difference for the World We Live In.  Whether you feel called to Create a Difference as a chaplain, educator, social worker, storyteller or ordained minister, you will find kindred spirits among the CST Community of students, faculty, staff and alumni/ae. CST offers degree programs in Hybrid/Online that support those who are seeking to Create a Difference at different stages of their vocational development, no matter where in the world they may live. Students enrolled in Hybrid/Online programs travel to our Claremont campus for 1-3 weeks each year while pursuing their coursework in the context of their lives and vocations.

Hybrid/Online Master of Divinity

The Master of Divinity (M.Div.) combines academic excellence with spiritual formation and social engagement, to prepare students for service and leadership in many possible settings.

The Claremont M.Div. program is informed by the history of thought and practice within Christianity, by exposure to the cultural and religious diversity within Christianity, by dialogue with other religious traditions, and by the quest to understand and respond constructively to the contemporary world.
